If you've landed here, you're probably looking for somewhere to quietly “sort out” your VCA papers. Well, you've come to the right place.
We don't “sort out” papers, though — we run training courses that teach you how to work legally and safely across many sectors of the Dutch economy. With us you'll gain the knowledge, prepare for the exam and sit it with confidence.

Our lectures are given in Polish, but thanks to our in-house translation system — refined over years of daily use — they are interpreted simultaneously into three languages at once.

Our goal is to teach you how to work safely
Every year around 25 people in the Netherlands lose their lives in workplace accidents. Many of these tragedies stem not from bad intentions but from a lack of knowledge, routine or poor habits. We want you to come home from work safe and sound — no accidents, no injuries, no unnecessary risk.
That's why we put so much weight on practical knowledge, familiarity with the regulations and the principles of employment law. Safety starts with awareness and with the right decisions made every single day.
We keep earning new qualifications and continuously update the knowledge we pass on. We listen carefully to our trainees and level the playing field — we explain things clearly, without rushing and without assuming that “everyone already knows this”.
We're not after quick passes or a “conveyor belt”. The knowledge has to stay in your head — only then does our work make sense and genuinely affect your safety.

Milestones
The history of Akademia VCA

2025 · November
We've “hit” 10 years. Akademia VCA is now a registered trademark, and the number of exams held at our centre has passed 10,000.

2020 · July
We're moving to larger, more accessible premises with better transport links and training facilities.

2015 · November
We launched the Akademia VCA brand and started a regular school — seriously, not “now and then”.

2013 · May
We ran into the differences between the Polish and Dutch approaches to occupational safety and began offering training in this field.

Training in installing, configuring and using WordPress — known as “WordPress for the reluctant”.

2007 · February
A series of training sessions on Psion handheld computers, used by many companies in the industrial sector.
