Extended course in occupational safety. Designed for personnel managers (managers) and people performing tasks without supervision.
The VOL VCA exam course is an extended training in the field of occupational safety intended for managers and personnel managers at work and people performing tasks without supervision (e.g. for sole proprietorships of ZZP). VOL VCA authorizations are required, for example, in construction, transport, petrochemical plants, shipbuilding industry. Where there is a greater than standard threat and the staff we manage work or where we perform tasks without investor or managerial supervision. The authorizations are valid for 10 years.
As part of the course, we offer a solid portion of knowledge, training materials, catering, free parking and a great atmosphere.
The course is organized once a month at our stationary training center. The course is two days. It lasts 16 hours and covers:
- History of VCA.
- Labor Law (employer and employee obligations).
- Workplace ergonomics.
- Risk and safety.
- Accidents at work and accident prevention.
- Hazardous substances and materials (impact on humans and the environment).
- Fire and evacuation (classification, extinguishing, rules of conduct).
- Working at height (scaffolding, high-risk baskets, ladders).
- Cranes and lifting equipment.
- Forklifts, horizontal transport.
- Hazards when working with electricity.
- Electric and battery-powered tools.
- Particularly dangerous work, confined spaces, work permit.
- Hand tools.
- Personal protective equipment.
The VOL VCA exam is conducted in the form of a computer test containing 70 closed questions. The exam lasts 75 minutes. Most questions are multiple choice. The exam result is known immediately after its completion. Exams at our center are conducted by Examenbureau Rotterdam BV, licensed by VCA-Infra, which is registered under the number: 76251713.
After passing the exam, you will receive a diploma confirming your skills, a plastic card to show at work and you will be entered into the Central Register of VCA Diplomas. Diplomas are collected within 7 days of passing the exam. Diplomas are sent by post, but they can also be collected at the VCA Academy Center.
NOTE: Classes are conducted in Polish, English or Dutch. The VOL VCA exam is conducted in one of the languages to choose from: Dutch, English, German or French and requires knowledge of the selected language at level B. The legislator does not provide for the possibility of taking the VOL VCA exam in Polish.
