The course is intended for employees and managers of employment agencies. The VIL VCU certificate proves that the employee knows the principles of management, delegation and supervision of delegated employees.
The VIL VCU course is intended for people acting as preventive workers and employees and managers of employment agencies. The VIL VCU certificate proves that the employee knows the principles of management, delegation and supervision of delegated employees. The course covers all the issues discussed in the VOL VCA course and additionally contains information intended specifically for intermediaries. These include issues related to the responsibility of the employment agency for delegated employees and building proper relations between the employment agency and the employee. The authorizations are valid for 10 years.
As part of the course, we offer a solid portion of knowledge, training materials, catering, free parking and a great atmosphere.
The course is organized in accordance with current demand in our stationary training center. The course is two days. It lasts 16 hours and covers:
- History of VCA.
- Labor Law (obligations of the employer, employee and employment agency).
- Workplace ergonomics.
- Risk and safety.
- Accidents at work and accident prevention.
- Hazardous substances and materials (impact on humans and the environment).
- Fire and evacuation (classification, extinguishing, rules of conduct).
- Working at height (scaffolding, high-risk baskets, ladders).
- Cranes and lifting equipment.
- Forklifts, horizontal transport.
- Hazards when working with electricity.
- Electric and battery-powered tools.
- Particularly dangerous work, confined spaces, work permit.
- Hand tools.
- Personal protective equipment.
The VIL VCU exam is conducted in the form of a computer test containing 70 closed questions. Most of the questions are multiple choice. The exam result is known immediately after its completion. The exams at our center are conducted by the Examenbureau Rotterdam BV, licensed by VCA-Infra, which is registered under the number: 76251713.
After passing the exam, you will receive a diploma confirming your skills, a plastic card to show at work and you will be entered into the Central Register of VCA Diplomas. Diplomas are collected within 7 days of passing the exam. We send diplomas by post, but they can also be collected at the VCA Academy Center.
ATTENTION: The training and exam are conducted in Polish or Dutch. The INFRA Institute does not provide for the possibility of taking the VIL VCU exam in Polish. The language used for the exam is Dutch. Knowledge of Dutch at level B is required.
