Employee mentality

If someone is “crazy”, such a “urka-burka, yard boss” causes unnecessary confusion around himself, leads to dangerous situations and works in a dangerous way. Perhaps such behavior is in his nature, but it is absolutely undesirable in the workplace. Remember that a “crazy guy” can pose a threat not only to himself – but also to you. If you meet a crazy guy in the workplace – inform your supervisor.
