Employee

An employee is a person who accepts work to be performed. And let us recall – it does not matter in what form the employee receives remuneration for the work performed. Whether the work is done for money, or for a proverbial “bottle” or perhaps in the form of volunteering or as a gift. It also does not matter whether he is Dutch or an emigrant. If he accepted work to be performed, then from the point of view of the Occupational Safety Act – he is an employee.
